I enjoy the work I do with people and offer a warm, non-judgemental space and relationship to work toward understanding, acceptance, and change. I work with women and men on issues including depression, anxiety, self acceptance, weight or body concerns, sexual identity, and relationship problems.

I have two psychotherapy groups. One is a general process group for women. The other is an eating disorder psychotherapy group.
